I found this cool lamp for Samantha on ebay. It's very pretty. I do not know if this link will work or not. It's the address for it though. It's a long page address. If it doesn't work, I'm so sorry. I'm not computer savy. You could find it under ebay minatures, on the first few pages. I love the purpley color to it. Just ignore the price on it!

Your link worked - and it is GORGEOUS and just perfect - but my Samantha will have to hit up her wealthy Grandmary for that one.

Oh, the crap I would buy if I were made of money...

Gorgeous... yeah, I've bought a few salesman samples/antique miniatures. Some are great deals if you're just looking for old, correct-sized stuff for AG. But some get to be outrageous in price, I assume because they are rare in the antiques market. I once saw a salesman sample icebox on antiques roadshow valued (if I remember correctly) in the thousands. It was darling, just Sam's size, actually from the early 1900s and perfectly detailed- even had the little drain plug and everything. Some of the salesman samples are really neat because they are just like the real ones.

EVery once in a while, Walmart carries mini working oil lamps. They are NOT for kids though because they really do light and could be a big fire hazard if a child knocked one over. But they're the perfect scale for AG dolls since they're only 4 or 5 inches high. Wallmart sells them in the lantern or candle aisle. They may be a seasonal item - I haven't checked lately.
